The Terraces is located in the Meadows area of Mountain Village, slope side and convenient! Terraces 401 is a well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental home. Skiers and boarders will appreciate the location slope side on the Meadows Run. Take your pick. Want to ride the Chondola OR Lift 1 into the Village core? Or you can hop on Lift 10 and get whisked away for a long run down.
This one level condo has it all. A big comfy leather sofa with a matching love seat, new bedding, all new linens make for a comfy stay. The gas fireplace warms the open living space, and the wall of windows lets in beautiful natural light. The fully equipped galley style kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space for the baker or chef in the group to create. The dining area leads to a private deck facing south.
Located off the living room, is the king master suite with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom has a walk in closet. The second guest bedroom is also located off the living area and has a bunk bed set with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom in the hall serves the second guest bedroom. Terraces 401 is ideal for a family gathering!
This little slice of mountain splendor will delight summer, winter, fall or spring. Access to not only skiing, but hiking, biking, and running trails are literally in your back yard! Stay once here, and it might just feel like your second home year after year!

Summary: Property location is excellent, definitely ski in, ski out and Telluride gondola system is so convenient, we didn’t have to drive all week. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with decent dishes, cutlery, pots/pans. There were more than enough kitchen and bath towels and even laundry soap. A few negatives- don’t plan on parking a large vehicle in the garage or on driveway- both are very small. “Kids’ room”was minuscule but 2 teenagers made it work. There were several issues (broken door knob, cracked toilet seat, garage code didn’t work and burned out lightbulbs) that management fixed our first day there. Communication with management was timely and helpful.
