Purchased by the current owners in 2013, the property has undergone an extensive refurbishment to an extremely high standard. The accommodation comprises a modern, open plan living and kitchen area on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a roomy double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a modern, family bathroom. The twin bedroom on the second floor enjoys views over the rooftops of Dartmouth to the Castle and Kingswear. The cottage is fully centrally heated and is moments away from Dartmouth’s unique shops, galleries, restaurants, and the stunning River Dart estuary. Wireless broadband is provided free of charge. A car park pass for Mayors Avenue car park is provided throughout the year for your convenience.
Please note during Royal Regatta Mayors Avenue car park closes and the Park and Ride is used for parking, The parking pass provided is valid for use at the Park and Ride.

Summary: Fantastic cottage. Well equipped and well appointed. Dartmouth is a lovely harbour town and the fact that everything you need is walking distance from the perfect quiet location of the property is a bonus.
