Summary: Heating and hot water failed twice. Sofa was awful, very uncomfortable and only seated 2 but accommodation is for 5. This made relaxing difficult. Kitchen amenities were great. Bathroom is worn out. Security great but Upkey didn’t switch easily between locks. Staff were great and responded quite quickly. Parking @fleet street Q park would have been good to know prior $70/5 days
