Positive: Excellent location-easy walking distance to everywhere you need to go including ferry, port and shops. The room size was perfect for what we needed, even had a small fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful too-giving advice and helping to find the bus stop to the bus station. We enjoyed breakfast, plenty of options as well as tea, coffee and juice.
Negative: The wifi at times dropped out and our room smelt of cigarette smoke- however, it is a non smoking hotel so I think the smell was coming from the street outside. Once we closed the windows the smell dissipated. I would still stay here again though.
