Positive: i like the fact that the owner has lots of potted plants n fish in the aquarium. that makes the apartment feel homely. the house is reasonably clean and nicely furnished, fully airconditioned too.
Negative: the photos on the walls are old and faded. the master bedroom was newly painted. The paint stain on the floor remained not fully cleaned. should be a fan inside the house - people with asthma like me may have difficulties sleeping in an aircond environment.
Summary: wonderful place.
