Close to the Northumberland National Park Inside the comfortable accommodation includes a convivial open plan living area with log burning stove, a utility room, boot room and four en suite bedrooms; two doubles, one twin and one zip and link. Outside a terrace garden offers superb views over the Cheviot Hills and Northumberland National Park. GROUND FLOOR Open plan kitchen, dining area and seating area: Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Dining area with seating for 8 guests. Cosy seating area with wood burner for the cooler months with an initial supply of logs provided and door to the garden. Television with Freeview and DVD player and a selection of books and magazines. Utility room with washing machine. Hall ideal for storing outdoor kit. Cloakroom. Bedroom one with 5’ double bed. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom two with 4’6” double bed. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom three with zip and link beds which can form a super king double or twin beds. En-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom four with two 3’ twin beds. En-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a fully-enclosed, gravelled patio garden with outside seating area boasting lovely views across farmland to the Cheviot Hills. PARKING There are two parking areas to the front and rear of the property. BABIES & CHILDREN A travel cot and highchair are available on request. DOGS Two dogs are welcome at Teddy’s Cottage. Dogs must be kept to the uncarpeted areas of the house and must be kept on leads when walking around the farm. GUEST AMENITIES Bed linen and towels are provided. A hairdryer is provided.
