Beautifully renovated Trulli unit, with swimming pool (5×10 h 1.50). Garden with lawn. A huge, secular, olive tree gives shade and relax by a hammock. Carob and cherry trees harmonize a beautiful natural environment, 2kms far from Torre di Castiglione. Outside, in front of the house and the pool there is a pergola with table, chairs and a kitchen equipped with fridge stove, sink and oven. Barbeque. Close to the pool: relax area under the shade of a pergola with sofas and cushions. Solarium area with sun beds. Outside bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outdoor shower with hot water. Sound system throughout all the pool area. Indoors there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom in an absolutely romantic alcove. Kitchen and living room.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The Villa is located about 3kms far from the centre of Castellana Grotte, 5 kms far from Conversano and 15 kms far from Monopoli.

Summary: The property was very clean and well maintained The reception was very nice and welcoming We will not recommend this property for the following reasons. It is very limited by the many large dogs, especially those that are directly adjacent to the property. Even the nighttime barking of dogs was very disturbing.It is also very limited, to leave the area because it is afraid of always the dogs. Also the Wi-Fi was a disaster, because of the speed. The property is also very outside and you need always the car.Personally, I found it not very nice that we had no toilet paper, no tea towels and also the towels were not replaced two weeks. Too bad at this price!
