Summary: Very friendly welcome from the staff. As we had limited money to spend on this break away, we didn’t expect our budget family coconut cabin to be huge, nor extremely modern, however it was large enough for our 3 night stay. The bed was comfy, shower was hot and our outdoor table & chairs were lovely for late afternoon drinks or brekkie. Unfortunately, the two-ringed electric hot plates looked as if they’d seen much better days as were rusty (they may have worked but we didn’t try), so we cooked on the shared outdoor BBQ’s or used our cabin’s microwave. Honestly, only a small hiccup as the lush, tropical park with its charming winding river, delightful pool, on-site cafe and friendly staff, more than made up for the rusty kitchen hot plates. We intend to stay there next trip, however will opt to pay a tad more, staying in one of the newer, refurbished cabins.
