Welcome to Tarpon Run in beautiful St Augustine Beach! This amazing 2/2.5 townhouse is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. Located within walking distance to the beach and also the intracoastal waterway, you will be close to it all! Cool off in the community pool after a day at the beach, then watch the sunset from the boat dock just around the corner. There are many great restaurants and shops just down the road. Relax and enjoy the island lifestyle!
The Space:
Inside you will find wood plank tile floors throughout the ground floor. Open living space with a modern Kitchen fully equipped with anything that you will need. Dining and Living Room with a half bathroom under the stair. Lots of natural light coming through the sliding glass doors which lead out to the patio. Enjoy the afternoons and fire up the grill for a BBQ dinner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Recently updated and ready for your time at the beach.
