This unit has a newly remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and tile flooring. There is new furniture in the living area, 3 TV's, DVD player, VCR, and beach chairs. The ground level game room with TV, sofa, day bed, microwave and mini-refrigerator is perfect for children of all ages! Great views from the balconies of the Clubhouse/Pool Area and in the Master Bedroom a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens. This is a Non-Smoking unit and it rents Sunday to Sunday.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental and check-in process were smooth and seamless. Maintenance and repair issues were handled promptly and competently. There was some broken furniture upon arrival and electrical issues that the housekeeping staff should have reported to the rental office. Once informed, the office handled everything very satisfactorily. There were cleanliness issues in the unit, including trash in and under the sofa, in closets, and under beds. A new cleaning crew might be warranted. We've stayed in Tar Landing units quite often, and, overall, this is an excellent one.
