Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location close to camelback resort was a plus. Only a short distance from outlet malls as well as Great Wolf Lodge.
Negative: An available community pool was advertised. Was told at the last minute that it wasn’t available. Won’t be ready this year! Great disappointment for our 5 year old grandson!! Most if not all of the games in the game room were broken or missing pieces. Seat cushions on kitchen chairs were filthy. Look they had never been cleaned. Several bedrooms had pillows with NO pillowcases. Good thing we brought our own. And those pillows were filthy. We would have thrown them out if they were ours!! The toilet paper holder in the 1st floor bath is loose and falling off the cabinet. We had to remove the fixture during our stay so that no one got hurt. In general, this property needs a lot of TLC!! We won’t stay here again.
