Tanglewood #3 is a freestanding, stilted residence (sorry, no elevator) which offers 1,600 square feet of living space PLUS a 600 square foot screened lanai that was recently refinished with porcelain tile and has a spiral staircase leading to the pool and out to the beach encouraging long walks to greet the sunrise. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wide granite counters and an informal eat-in area space. The large lanai offers additional dining space, chaise lounges and rockers to enjoy pool and Gulf views. The communal heated pool is Gulf front and surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Additional amenities include: washer, dryer, oversized wine refrigerator, gas grill and beach equipment.
