Summary: Lots to like about this property: - Very clean, great view, nice & spacious. The unit has a bedroom with a king bed, and a murphy bed in the main area. The main area is very spacious & there's plenty of room to get around even when the murphy bed is down. The unit has 2 full bathrooms that are both good sized as well. There were plenty of towels and both were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There is an in-unit washer and dryer that made laundering our towels and suits a breeze after visiting the hot springs. The kitchen is economy-sized but well-stocked with all you need if you decide to cook. The coffee maker was great. A nice touch was provided food and water bowels for the dog. Other appreciated touches were ample paper towels and detergent for the washer and dishwasher. The unit is about 4 miles outside downtown Pagosa, which we preferred but you certainly won't be able to walk to the Hot Springs from here. However, the view from the unit was lovely and there were ample options for walking the dog. King Soopers and Walmart are super close. It only adds about 5 minutes to the drive up to Wolf Creek. If we ever travel to Pagosa in the future, I would be happy to stay here again.
