Positive: Good view but no morning sun on balcony table thick with dust
Negative: Tv table thick with dust. Central lights in living room and bedroom not working. Balcony table sticky and grubby balcony floor unswept. Problem with internet but fixed eventually, thank you. Fridge light not working.
