Beautiful 2bd/2bath condo at Wintergreen-Sleeps 4! Our condo is perfect for small families or a couples getaway! With the open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and unbeatable views, you're sure to have a good time! Dogs are welcome! 1 dog maximum and a 25lb weight limit.
We are not located right on the slopes, we're located along the ridge, a short drive away from the slopes.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and its own private bathroom with a jetted tub perfect for soaking after skiing or hiking! The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with access to the hall full sized bathroom.
Kick back and relax by the fire after hitting the slopes! Firewood is provided mid-October through mid-March. Enjoy your favorite cup of coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine while star gazing on the deck. We are within a few minute drive down to the Mountain Inn, slopes, restaurants and shopping.
We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent.
Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.
We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.
Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.
The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.
*This unit is pet friendly, but we ask that you keep pets off all furniture & beds and please dispose of doggie waste bags properly. Do NOT leave in hallways or on porches/decks.*
EARLY CHECK INS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with us a few days prior to your stay to see if we can accommodate an early-check in. Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed.
Please note: There is a NO-smoking policy at this condominium that includes the balconies & stairwells. There will be NO-smoking signs posted at the entrance of the building. If you're found smoking on the premises you may be subject to a $50 fine with an additional $10 a day until violation is corrected or abated.
