Welcome to this beautiful mountain home close to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. Simply put, from the house you will be able to enjoy magnificent mountain views while relaxing in the hot tub, walk to downtown Breck, or walk to the bus stop to go skiing.
The house is literally a block from Main Street, which means you can walk to everything that Breck has to offer: all the shops, art galleries, and restaurants. In addition, the bus stop is approximately 75 yards away from the front door. As a result, you can easily get to Peak 9 and/or the Gondola. Or, you could simply walk to the Quicksilver lift in approximately 10 minutes. Finally, you can catch a bus - the 'Summit Stage' - to Keystone or Copper Mountain at the ice rink, which is less than 155 yards away.
Not only is the house perfectly located, it also has magnificent views of the ski slopes and has recently undergone extensive renovations.
With the recent renovations, the house boasts beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms, slate entry ways, new wood floors throughout the main level, new carpet in the bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, and all brand-new mattresses and Pottery Barn bedding!
The completely renovated kitchen and dining room have spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The family room on the main level has a fireplace with gorgeous stone from the floor to the high vaulted ceiling. The main floor has a large deck where you can enjoy the amazing mountain views whether you are relaxing in the hot tub or grilling dinner for your friends and or family. There is also a large front porch.
What makes this house even more unique is the fact that it has 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors; each bedroom with its own full bath.
Top Floor - King bed, large walk in closet and double vanity updated master bathroom, deck from master bedroom with stunning ski hill views.
Middle Floor - Queen bed and updated private full bathroom.
Bottom Floor - Queen Bed and a bunk bed and updated private full bath as you step out of the door.
The house has several amenities including a 7-person private hot tub, gas fireplace, Weber grill with BBQ tools, connected garage, 4 flat screen TVs (including a 50' in the family room), hi-speed internet (WIFI), and full-size washer/dryer.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, platters, small appliances and spices. This house has everything you need to host an intimate or large family dinner. In addition, the house has lots of games, toys and sleds for your whole family to enjoy.
This house is located is a quiet neighborhood with an active homeowner's association and is kept very well and peaceful. There is open space across from the house, so it’s perfect for the kids to play football, soccer or throw a frisbee.
There is a single car garage attached to the house, with space for 2 additional cars in the driveway.
Our goal is for you to have an amazing experience in Breck and a space that truly feels like your home away from home! You will be working primarily with the owner; however, we do use Book by Owner to assist us to ensure that you have an amazing stay!

Summary: My family got together to celebrate my granddaughter’s 7th birthday and we chose to get away to Breck. The home we chose was perfect, with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. All updated kitchen and bathrooms. Clean. Host was prompt at communication and responses when we needed anything. Amazing panoramic views of Breckenridge mountains with perfect golden aspens changing for Fall. I will definitely book again with Omri.
