Positive: Very spacious and comfortable. Super cheap.
Negative: Had a huge amount of trouble on arrival. Vital information missing from address. Should include Shirai Building which is written in kanji outside building. (Kanji for "white" and, I think, "well").Didn't get message, all in Japanese until day before, when already travelling. Used google translate to get info but missing address was vital. Met some lovely Filipino ladies who called owner and got the extra info in Japanese. Would have been totally lost otherwise. 3rd sofa bed was also a bit inadequate.
Summary: Great location and very spacious, comfortable and cheap apartment. Beware inadequate address details
