Select areas of the hotel are under renovation till 30th september 2024 on a 24 hours basis. following areas are under renovation –superior courtyard rooms, swimming pool, lobby, indoor games area & gym, zvatra (indian restaurant) and vixx (bar) are currently non-operational. indoor games and gym has a temporary setup, pets are not allowed at restaurants, hookahs and speakers are not allowed, the inconvenience caused is regretted, temporary closure update:, resort closure notice - we are undergoing extensive renovations to provide an elevated experience. our resort will be temporarily closed from 30 june 2024 to 30 september 2024 for this transformation. all facilities including accommodations- banquets-dining-spa and activities will be non-operational during this period. we regret the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back to our refreshed property post the renovation. thank you for your understanding.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Negative: Construction was on so pool not available. Lake had dried up so the beauty of the place was lost . Not the property's fault but the charm of nature was not there
