Positive: Breat beach front location, Victor Harbour & Goolwa etc. Big yard for Dog to run around. The front verandah to sit and take in the beach vibe.
Negative: The furniture on the front verandah. The exterior is getting a bit sad. Could do with ceiling fans which will also benefit the energy cost, instead of having to run air conditioning as much. No bath tub.
Summary: Excellent stay great location.
