We warmly invite you to be our guest at one of the most spacious, 4500 square feet, lovely properties along the Grand Strand. We are excited to share our lovely beach townhouse with you, your family, and friends. Stay in an exceptional ocean view property without paying ocean front prices. Sharing rental fees makes our place an economical way to enjoy a luxurious stay at the beach. Our Tahitian Princess II 209 is an amazing luxury property! It is located on Ocean Blvd, across the street from the beach! Public beach access is right across from our townhouse. It is a second row property providing a lovely ocean view, especially from the second and third floors. On the first floor, enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, and all the cookware, dishes, etc. that one would desire for a large group. Relax in the great room which has two high quality dining tables, and a large sectional sofa for you to cuddle up on and enjoy the flatscreen HDTV and DVD. The great room has a wet bar. The sectional sofa is also a sofa bed. You will appreciate the convenient, large, sunny laundry room located on the first floor. It has a washer, two dryers, a laundry sink, and a second full size refrigerator. This is only a few steps from the kitchen. Your group will have fun in the enormous game room on the third floor. There is a pool table, foosball table, poker table and a wet bar with a mini fridge. After hours, the game room, which has a door for privacy, can become bedroom with with a full pullout bed. A half bath is located on the third floor near the game room. Enjoy the swimming pool, kiddie pool, and large hot tub, which is heated March 15th Thru Oct 15th. This common area is shared with only four other condos. The pool area has plenty of chaise lounges. We provide a shared outdoor charcoal grill. We provide private free WIFI for our guests. You will appreciate the convenience of the key-less entry door lock. No keys to worry about with your large group. A new code is programmed in for each rental,that only works for the duration of the one rental, for your security. You will receive your personal code upon check in. This townhouse is in a great location! The beach across the street is not crowded, even in the summer. It is near the many shows, shopping centers, and golf courses the Grand Strand has to offer. It is only about one mile from Barefoot Landing, with shops, fine restaurants, Alligator Adventures, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, etc. There are many outstanding golf courses nearby in the Grand Strand area. Be sure to visit Broadway at the Beach during your stay, too! Please Note: We rent to families only.House parties, loud noises, extra vehicles, and exceeding unit occupancy are prohibited. Violation of any of these will result in eviction.
