Positive: It is priced as a T1 or suite but is a T2, huge for the price. Everything is amazingly cleaned in detail: towels smell good, wooden stairs smell good, sheets smell good, bathroom smells good, and the kitchen has many useful items. Also the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful, he lives next door (has a wonderful garden) and is very receptive to your needs. The place is perfectly located.
