Positive: Amazing location close by the beach, but also restaurant(s), bars, a 24/7 open Wallmart. The room felt as if we were living in our own apartment. The swimming pool area is also nicely located on the roof. The parking garage is also easily accessible with an elevator.
Negative: I didn't read my direct messages on the booking.com-app, so I had some difficulties to enter the building. Also the person at the desk wasn't a receptionist, but she was a security guard. She couldn't speak English that well , but she did her best to explain that she couldn't just let me into the premises like that. Eventually I understood you need a personal code which was send through a DM on booking.com.
