Summary: the cleanliness needs to improve, the floor super sticky, very uncomfortable to walk in the room, toiletries provded are low standard like those 2 3 start hotel, no quality. the 9th floor facilities need to improve and clean up, a few broken chair still leave it as it is, tennis court net :(. Please do have 24hrs Gym entrance, we business trip can have early walk out and left hotel before sun rise please
