Positive: Lovely quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk to restaurants. Cute park a block away. Very cute decor, lots of amenities. Nice fully fenced backyard for the pups. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Negative: Overabundance of remote controls… TV, AC, ceiling fans… Was a bit hard to figure out. Woke up at night too hot and couldn’t figure out how to work the fan in the dark, but that’s just how they make appliances nowadays. We have an EV and would have liked to charge at the house. I understand that would increase the power bill by $10 or so, but maybe a surcharge for EV charging per day?
Summary: Very pleasant for people & pups.
