2 Bedroom Condo in Carolina Beach

Enjoy your vacation in the heart of downtown Carolina Beach in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo; Swiftwater. A king bed in the master bedroom gives you room to stretch out and sleep comfortably. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. There are two bathrooms in the hallway; one has a full bath tub and the other is a stand up shower. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to eat in! There is a large flat screen in the living room with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi internet package. The balcony is located over the swimming pool and allows you to view down town Carolina Beach and our spectacular sun rises. The laundry closet is located off of the balcony and features a full sized washer and dryer. Parking is by permit only and is not assigned. There is a storage closet on the parking level to store your beach equipment. Situated just south of the boardwalk, you will use the Hamlet Avenue beach access; just one street to cross before dipping your toes into the Atlantic Ocean! The Carolina Beach Lake is a block south. Park your vehicle when you arrive and walk to boardwalk for Thursday night fireworks ot visit the Saturday produce market and Sunday's featured Movie at The Lake!!!

Summary: The property was clean, well stocked, and perfectly suited to our needs. My kids loved swimming in the pool, and the location is ideal because everything you need is right there in walking distant- beach access, restaurants, shops, the boardwalk. The rental agency was a dream to work with and was so helpful! I would love to stay in this property again.
