Positive: Our host Mai was available through call/ whatsapp throughout our stay. She guided us through the check in process as late as midnight. The pool at floor 25 was fantastic! the view from the room was just as good. Worth every penny. The room was very clean, towels were there, more bottled water would have helped by 2 were there which is just as good. We could store our luggage at reception and there was a 7-11 just inside too. Mai was very helpful since she guided me to various ATMs since we were unable to withdraw cash from ones inside building, on way back it started raining and she dropped me back on her bike. Since my slippers broke and ho chi minh marked the last leg of our trip, I took the slippers given my Host at the property but Mai did not mention it once. One should definitely definitely stay here.
Negative: The location is a bit farther from main city tourist attractions and a few more bottled waters. Everything else was on point.
