☆Noise Guidelines Detailed☆
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! No music or noise outside after 10pm.
This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our neighbors may have to go work the next day. We Have set up noise detection equipment and sensors on the property. If you set these off after 10pm, it will be considered a violation of our house rules, for which we have fines outlined.
☆Pool Guidelines Detailed☆
- The swimming pool is professionally cleaned and chemically treated. However, adverse weather conditions such as high winds or rain may cause the pool to become dirty sometimes
- The guest should be understanding at the end of your stay, if your party use of the pool has caused trash or anything else to fall into the pool, please clean up
- Swim at your own risk
- It is YOUR responsibility to use the child safety locks on back doors to the pool
- Clean the BBQ grill when you are done
- No glass dishes to be used at the pool
- No running near the pool
- No kids unattended in the pool
- No noise outside after 10pm
☆Pet Guidelines Detailed☆
- Please don’t leave your furry friends back home! Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee
- Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends

- Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $35 night fee will be applied
- The third bedroom will only be opened for groups of 7+ (including 7) guests
- Please DO NOT enter the home in dirty or wet / shoes or feet ( after pool activity)
- No illegal drug use or under age drinking on the property is allowed
- No external house decorations
- Do not burn candles, incense or have any other open flames
- Do not send mail to this address
- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors
- Please respect the quiet time for neighborhood between 10 pm to 8 am
- For all the items owned by us, if you open it, please close it. If you borrow it, please return it. If you turn it on, please turn it off. If you move it, please put it back.
- Clean all pet hair before you leave, otherwise an additional cleaning charge will be applied to your reservation
- Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time
