Full kitchen, large bedroom, full bath, living room, Olympic Mountain views, three blocks from Alki Beach, WD (shared with upstairs renters), private entrance (about 30 outside stairs), street parking in a safe and friendly neighborhood. This is an older home, so don't expect brand new stuff. Other renters live upstairs, so quiet after 10 pm is expected. No smoking of anything inside!
