The Space:
Welcome to Sweet Mama’s at Lost Dunes! This gorgeous beach home, located 1.4 miles from the Hangout, is secluded and private yet just minutes from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.
Sweet Mama’s is the only home in Lost Dunes that offers picturesque views of Little Lagoon. Other features include two community pools (one of which is heated from 3/1-5/31), hot tub, 1 to 2-minute walk to the Little Lagoon public access, which is perfect for launching a kayak or searching for hermit crabs, walking trail/ bike trail across the street, and easy beach access. The West 10th St Public Beach access is an easy 2 to 3-minute walk.
Once you enter Sweet Mama’s, you will be greeted by a large open kitchen/ dining/ living area. In the kitchen there is both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. The main level also includes the master suite, separate half-bath, and balcony access with views of Little Lagoon. The entire home has been professionally decorated in a coastal-chic theme and outfitted with luxuries new beds and furnishings. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, porcelain tile floors, a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, shiplap walls, 3 balconies, and WIFI. The well-equipped kitchen features quartz counters, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, side-by-side refrigerator. THERE IS A KEURIG AND A REGULAR DRIP COFFEE MAKER. Between the expansive, floating, quartz kitchen bar and the dining table, the entire party can enjoy meals sitting together.
The master bedroom, located on the main level, features a king bed and private bathroom. The upper-level features 3 bedrooms, balcony access, and laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with a king bed and have their own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and its own private bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a large wall-mounted smart TV. Although this 2,000 sf, 4-bedroom, 4-bath home can accommodate up to 12 guests if you make use of the sleeper-sofa, up to 10 is considered comfortable.

Lost Dunes is a low density, upscale, beachside community featuring only 23 luxury coastal cottages, located approximately 1.5 miles west of Hwy 59 on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This community is situated between Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico, offering easy access to both.
**The outdoor pool is HEATED from March 1st - May 31st**

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
GRILL and PROPANE TANKS: No grills or propane tanks of any kind shall be placed on any Lot, in any Dwelling or on the Common Areas, except gas or electric grills shall be allowed on concrete areas underneath a Dwelling. Grill MUST remain on the ground level. There is a $250 fine if grill is taken to balcony plus possible eviction.
