Located just 0.2 miles from the beach and 10 miles from Carova Beach, this home boasts both privacy and convenience for your Outer Banks vacation. This oceanside rental offers nine En Suites, an inset kiddie pool that leads into a private, heated pool, a covered outdoor tiki bar, a dog run, a billiards room, a theater room and an elevator that services all three levels. On the top floor you will find the spacious great room with views of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the ocean! The fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers, a stylish dining area with a wet bar for all your frozen drink needs. Connected to the dining area and En Suite 1, there is a deck with outdoor seating. There is also another En Suite on this floor, a gorgeous half bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. Head down to the middle floor and you will find six more outstanding En Suites, four of which have shared balconies. En Suite 6 has two bunk sets, perfect for the kids or those young at heart! En Suite 7 is accessibility friendly and with an elevator, this is a great addition. The ground floor is where all the fun happens with the game room and theater room! With a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a retro arcade game machine and a wet bar with a fridge and ice maker! This floor also has a half bathroom and En Suite 9 is around the corner. On this floor, you have access to the covered carport and the backyard. If any of the features so far have not blown you away yet, the backyard will do the trick! With a private heated pool with an inset kiddie pool, a covered hot tub, a gas grill, an outdoor seating area and a covered tiki bar. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Heated Pools are heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat.
