Enter into a welcoming open floor plan with lots of light and inviting spaces to sit, eat and play. The living room is adorned with art from around the world. Two separate eating areas. Half bath downstairs.
The open kitchen design overlooking the patio and green belt will make you want to keep your sliding glass doors open! Lots of light throughout the whole downstairs! Beautiful patio with lots of sitting areas for conversations, meals, playing, relaxing, working, whatever your life style in the moment to do it outdoors! Sliding glass door to kitchen and eating area. Umbrellas. All the amenities.
Kitchen is open and inviting to create wonderful meals together with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. Garbage disposal and new pots/pans, dishes, etc.
Cozy living room with comfortable leather sofas. Vaulted ceilings. Large TV with all the channels, firestick, Netflix and more!
Home has solar so crank it up. Central air conditioning and heat. Super fast wi-fi
Upstairs you will find a large master suite with a king sized bed and walk-in closet. Fully provisioned with towels, linens, soap, etc. Large vaulted ceilings and overlooking the beautiful green belt. Head down the landing to find a full sized washer & dryer along with two additional bedrooms, with queen beds, and a full bathroom. All fully provisioned.
Home has lots of light and blinds to adjust the sunlight and sleeping. Well provisioned home also has large 2-car garage with extra storage space. Driveway can park two additional cars and there are 2 additional parking passes to park on the street. Lots of parking, probably more than you'll need!
