Just 7 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, this gorgeous property is the perfect retreat for sumptuous family gatherings, business retreats, golf trips, or just a relaxing getaway. The house is spacious, but even with a small group it doesn't feel overwhelming. In the resort-style backyard, enjoy the fun-filled setting complete with a heated pool (+$75/night-please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival), spa, multi-use sport court (regulation-sized pickleball, basketball, and volleyball), large 5-hole putting green, ping pong table, fire pit, and more. Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. Access to the 3 car garage is provided as well. The home itself is two stories, has 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with tasteful and unique design touches throughout.

Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.
