Positive: Derby was always quick to respond and to accommodate our requests. His place is newly renovated, very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It all worked well for our trip to visit NYC.
Negative: I would recommend using ceramic dishes instead of plastic. Since this is my first experience of renting an apartment, I don't know what kind of dishes are usually left for guests. But plastic quickly breaks down, gets scratched, and loses its attractive appearance. Therefore, the dishes and pans looked "tired" - a lot of scratches. But in all other respects, everything was great
Summary: I wish for Derby's business to grow, improve and welcome many guests.
