This first floor two-bedroom condo is in Playa del Carmen's sweet spot, only a few steps away from the excitement and bustling activity of the famous Fifth Avenue yet far enough away to provide you with a quiet retreat in the evenings. Come and stay only few minutes walk (3 blocks) from the gorgeous beach of turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea!
Here you will enjoy all the amenities of home, such as a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout the apartment, Smart TV for your viewing pleasure, and two comfortable queen-sized beds with premium bedding.
Just off of the living space is a balcony where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is wide. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.
This building also has lovely greenery to provide a peaceful surrounding where you can enjoy a quick dip in the pool or enjoy the sun's warmth while lounging on one of the sunbeds.

There is something for everyone here along the beautiful Riviera Mayan coastline.

This condo is located in the central area of downtown Playa del Carmen within walking distance of the 1.5 mile long famous Fifth Avenue filled with internationally recognized stores, lots of local flavor, quaint cafes, lots and lots of restaurants, and the sounds of salsa music from the local clubs.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
