Being centrally located makes this location the perfect spot for the explorer as you are just a short drive to the Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport, St Armands Circle, and Downtown locations.
This 4 bedroom 3 bath private screened-in pool home is located on a quiet street and is the perfect location to get away from the winter snow or enjoy the hot summer days relaxing by the pool. The pool is enclosed and also has a covered area as well for additional shade when enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The pool can be heated during the colder days for an additional charge.
The living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart tv for the night relaxing in the house or enjoying your favorite tv shows.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a homemade meal and to enjoy your time at the property.
Seating is available in the kitchen as well as an additional table that seats up to 10 and even a spot for the young ones.
