This is a spacious, comfortable house which is equally great for family get-aways or a quiet weekend for couples. the house sleeps 9 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 2 families. Although dogs are allowed the property has no front fence. It is super close to the premier swimming beach and is only 30 metres from beautiful Swan Bay. The Queenscliff/Point Lonsdale/Drysdale bike path is virtually on the doorstep. The house boasts a TV room plus separate family room/kitchen. Spacious outdoor deck in large garden which is great for kids to play in. Full use of all facilities including wetsuits, bodyboards, fishing/golf gear, kayaks, boardgames, DVDs. PLEASE NOTE: supply own sheets, pillow slips and towels (doonas and pillows supplied).
