Swan Boat House is an independent unit located in the upscale area of Leeward. Guests may occasionally need to share the parking space with other rentals on the property. However, access to the areas designated for both accommodations is restricted to ensure privacy for each unit.
TWO-BEDROOM UNIT
This unit features an open-plan living area that includes a kitchen, dining space, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and a complete ensuite bathroom equipped with dual sinks and a shower. Additionally, it includes a loft area with a queen-size bed, accommodating one or two extra guests.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed and also has a full ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a shower. Similar to Bedroom 1, it includes a loft with a queen-size bed for two additional guests.

We do not offer a shuttle service from the airport. Guests can take a cab or rental car from the airport. If taking a Taxi, you can grab one from outside the airport and expect a 20-25 minute drive and a $43 fare /for 1-2 people and $22.50 for each additional person.
UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (ac). If you are running the Ac, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
Bookings have a 12% VAT tax, which is standard for all Turks and Caicos bookings. This tax will appear as a resort fee on your receipt.

Summary: I really can’t even put into words how fantastic our week here was. The location is stunning, right on a marina & canal. The BoatHouse is impeccably clean, cozy and perfect for a small group. If you have a bigger group, rent the whole villa! We had amazing communication with Neko the property manager our entire stay and even got to meet the property owner. This is a fabulous rental hosted by fabulous people. We will be back, probably with more friends and plan to rent the entire villa next time.
