Swan Bay is a place of natural beauty where you can slow down and reconnect. Perfect place for families and for those that love the environment and water. It is about 12 kms to the nearest shops and cafe (Karuah) so really for those looking for a quiet getaway. We are so excited to share this great treasure with people so they can experience this amazing place. The living area and kitchen has a beautiful view that alone could keep you entertained for your entire stay. This is also a great place if you enjoy kayaking and stand up paddle board. Swan Bay is easily accessible off the Pacific Highway (same turn off as Karuah). The backyard is fully fenced and great for children. We recommend this property for up to 4 adults but it can sleep 6 (children in the smaller bedroom would be best). As we love this home so much we would like to know why you are planning to visit and the people that will be staying with you - just to minimise the risk of damage. We also like to let people know that Swan Bay historically has had oyster farms, therefore you will need water booties if you are planning to go into the water. It is also very tidal so you will need to check tide charts as to the best time for paddling etc. On booking we will send through details of shops are located and where you can get incredible oysters straight from the farmers. Also, we have the most amazing neighbours and therefore there is a strict "no party policy". Those having parties will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
