How is this for a great stay - a log fire on your arrival on a Winters night Swallowvale is a home ideal for you and your family and friends to enjoy a few days in the country. It is a great place for children as there is lots of space for children to run and play and walking tracks thru the bush. My charge for children is $30.00 per child per night, if you have children please inform me when you make an enquiry. This property less than 2 hours from Melbourne, promises you a country experience second to none. Set on 60 acres of bushland and pasture, Swallowvale provides everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. A fully self-contained house, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor heated spa, total privacy and the opportunity to experience the sounds of silence. You will never get bored here, you can play tennis, hit of golf, walk through the bush, meet my friendly goats and also visit local wineries and the famous historic Ballarat only 20 kilometres away and Bunninyong only 10 kilometres away. Swallowvale is close to the Lal Lal State Forest where trail bike riding is permitted.Costs for children $30.00 per child per night.
