SEA WATCH COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS include:
RVs, trailers, and trailered boats may not be parked in the driveways or roadways in Seawatch.
Street parking is not allowed and may lead to towing.
Please do not hang beach towels over your front or rear porch railings where they are visible from the street or to other neighbors.
Please note that 8am-10am and 5pm-7pm each day are designated owner hours at the community pool. These hours are not open to renters and are for owner use only.
Renters and guests must comply with all Rules and Regulations.

3rd Perfect Alignment is located in the very popular and upscale Seawatch Community of Kure Beach. Seawatch offers the following community amenities: Pool. Tennis Courts, and Playground. All of which are close to the property!
This vacation home sits directly across the street from the community's private beach access. The layout of 3rd Perfect Alignment allows for unobstructed ocean views from almost every room in the house. Additionally, this vacation home is equipped with a private pool AND hot tub. The elevator assists those who have difficulty with stairs and/or help with getting groceries and luggage to where they need to be. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area offers plenty of space for ALL guests to comfortably gather (not always the case for vacation homes). The fully stocked kitchen enables the chef of the group the opportunity to prepare every meal desired.
You will also find plenty of outdoor furniture which sits under the covered ocean-view decks. This enables our guests to enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises above the Atlantic as well as your favorite afternoon beverage as the sun sets behind you and the temperature begins to fall. 3rd Perfect Alignment is a truly unique property. Enjoy most of every oceanfront amenity at a fraction of the price.
