My regular guests think of the villa as their personal holiday home and look after it with the same respect. What you see in the photos are exactly what the villa looks like, inside and outside.
If 2 persons book, only the double bed will be made up. If further beds are required then I must be notified prior to confirmation as extra laundry charges will be required.
The villa is always continuously refurbished & cupboards kept well stocked so you will find everything that you need for your holiday comforts. It will be completely sterilised for your arrival, including ceiling fans & ACs. Its 'home from home' kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, crockery, linen, kettle, toaster, gas & induction hobs, electric fan oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron & ironing board, halogen worktop oven, clothes drier, mop & bucket & all linen & towels are provided. It has well stocked and irrigated gardens, front & rear. The rear gardens & pool are locked & totally private. There is also a large conservatory overlooking the pool with a dresser, comfy chairs & an 8 seater dining room table, plus outdoor table & chairs. Nearby Pissouri you will find beautiful secluded beaches, reefs, churches, museums, winery tours, live amphitheatre shows, restaurants, bird watching, scenic drives, hunting, golf, mountain biking, etc. Pissouri main village, a ten minute drive away, has many local & international tavernas & restaurants, an Amphitheatre with shows in the summer, pharmacy, supermarkets, medical surgeries, hotels, fitness centre, hairdresser, beauty & nail therapists, car cleaning service, massage therapist, groceries, charity shop, post office, church and petrol stations. etc.
Many of the local towns, including the capital city at Nicosia, have a wide selection of international boutiques to local handicraft shops. Many historical tourist sites are also worth visiting in Cyprus. There are two first class championship golf courses just 15 minutes drive from the villa if you fancy a challenge!
There are air-conditioning & heating units + ceiling fans in all rooms, supplemented by full external insulation. There are solar panels on the roof for continuous hot water plus an emersion for top up if required.
