Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is ideal and the town is very fun to explore. The bedrooms are cozy and quiet and the balcony is a lovely place to look out at the lake and the mountains. The apartment has been remodeled and is very comfortable. We chose it because it has a nice living room and dining room area that felt like it could accommodate all four of us comfortably. We knew we would be indoors a bit because of the weather and the holiday. This worked out well. It is a lovely home to be in.
Negative: It was a little confusing to come into the property, the lobby looks a bit like someone's home and we weren't sure we were in the right place. It wasn't clear where the lock box would be and we struggled a bit figuring out the elevator. The host came out and helped us after a quick text. A photo of the entry way and a photo of where to find the lock boxes would have helped. The elevator was functional, but a bit out of order and a note about that prior to our arrival would have eased that piece of it. We also did not realize how the hot water for the shower worked. It heats at night and then is ready to use during the day. On one of the days, one of our team took a longer shower and the rest of us did not have hot water until the next morning. Once we understood this, it worked out fine. It was a little frustrating to find this out by trial and error.
