Welcome to our spacious and beautifully redecorated Golf Villa 1901, located at the stunning Edgewater Beach Resort. This deluxe end unit, with nearly 1300 sq. ft. of living space, sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest room, and a sofa bed. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with tropical décor and modern amenities including flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
Step outside to a peaceful pond with a lighted fountain, where you can watch golfers across the water, or enjoy watching the turtles and ducks. The villa is located just a short walk from the resort's Lagoon Pool, hot tubs, children's splash pad, and beach access. Resort amenities include a 9-hole golf course, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, pro shop, and more.
Edgewater Beach Resort also offers a variety of dining options, including Oceans Bar and Grill, Paradise Pizza, and Edgie’s Market, plus convenient beach chair rentals and tram service to and from the beach. The resort is in an excellent location with attractions such as Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and more just a short distance away.
