Positive: I had a number of problems. First was a hole under the door that was where the weather striping was missing. They claimed to have cable TV and the dryer hose was off the dryer. Also there was damage that I reported the very first night hole in the wall and holes in flooring. The TV in the living room would not work correctly because the batteries were dead in remote. Had to buy my own batteries.Also the top of refrigerator was covered with dirt. I texted them photos and short video clip of air blowing under our door. On the third day of our stay they came to fix the door weather striping and put a new strip on. How ever after they left the door would not lock with it on so I had to remove it. While the guy was there he fixed the dryer hose. On the forth day they called me because I had reported that the cable had only five channels and anything that was any good said it required a subscription. He was going to come out and check it I had reported all on the first day I don’t know why the first guy did not take care of it. I told him we where not going to be at home until latter and why don’t they just give us a discount. He agreed I have yet to see any discounts.
Summary: House could use some upkeep amenities where not as stated but view was nice.
