You are only five minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine and just a few steps from the beach. Come and enjoy your time on the Island, the ocean breezes, a sunrise like no other, shelling, strolling on the beach, sitting on the deck just enjoying a good book. This beautifully updated second floor unit has breathtaking sunrise views over the ocean.

Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!
Guests will have access to the entire second floor unit. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.
The parking area is shared by all units. Unit C is allowed 3 vehicles max.
Please note: The building is split into three separate units.

Unit A is located downstairs on the north side, unit B is located downstairs on the south side.
Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150.

If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made.
