Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean.The only problem was the owner put a timer on the hot water heater, so there were many cold showers.Brooks & Shorey responded to our concerns but said that they would have to contact the owners and hire an electrician to fix the problem ...so it did not get fixed...which was disappointing. We would like to rent this unit again if they could assure us the hot water situation was resolved.
