Just one block from the sand! Contemporary finishes - commercial appliances, natural gas grill, high efficiency heating and air conditioning, 55' Smart TV, and super-fast, reliable internet/wi-fi 250+Mbps. We also have outdoor security cameras that record video and audio for added safety.
The suite is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We provide all linens and beach towels. We also have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Boogie Boards, sand toys which are shared with other renters. We have plenty of extras in our inventory if needed.
There is no carpeting -- just luxurious porcelain floors. Slab quartz counters, European Hans Grohe Rain Showers, washer and dryer in unit. Did we mention the game room? Pinball, video games, Foosball and shuffleboard.
The Surf Suite (2 bedroom/2 bath) may be rented independently or combined with the Sand Suite (1 bedroom/1 bath) to create a 3 bedroom/3 bath suite.
There is no smoking or pets allowed anywhere on the property.
