Summary: The hotel was acceptable however the roof was being replaced during my stay and I was not informed by staff. I was woken up each morning to the noise with the worst being on Monday morning. I called the front desk as well as sent a message. The front desk did not offer any compensation for the issue. I still have not heard from the message I sent through the hotels.com help link. I ran into another group of people who were staying at the hotel and they were offered $50 for the inconvenience. I have yet to hear anything but the cost of the night was over double that.
