Positive: Location is fabulous - A grocery store next door, close to the beach, very close to the train station.
Negative: Just small things. The couch in the living room was not comfortable to sleep in and you can hear noises from the street outside (it is a quiet street, not really for cars or anything). Note that the 2 bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Kitchen did not have many plates etc. so it is not for those who want to cook for 6 while staying.
