Summary: We stayed in this villa for 9 days in August and had a very relaxing time. It’s a real home away from home. It’s well placed for regular visits to the Arenal where we ate almost every night - closer than the other properties we have stayed in before. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the blinds completely shut out light which makes for a very pleasant nights sleep. The shower in the en-suite was very powerful. We had one small maintenance issue with a split shower hose which was dealt with very promptly by the property manager. There is a bit of an issue with ants but that’s quite common for Spain. Just got to make sure you keep surfaces wiped down after every use. Having a washing machine was useful for keeping our towels fresh after all the swimming. The pool is excellent and has sun all day making it a pleasant temperature from morning till night. Pool lights made for some lovely evening swims. The villa is close to the most beautiful cove called La Granadella. We went late afternoon as it’s very busy during the day for parking there. We found a parking spot every time after 4pm though. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we will lost likely return in the future if possible.
